The best place to workout! Even when I was tired, the coaches and the music was enough to make me want to workout. Great environment, good sessions, amazing and welcoming staff. Leaving town so definitely gonna miss this place!
Interesting and unique approach to fitness. I recently joined this studio and I've been very pleased. They have these group fitness sessions led by their coaches who seem to be well-trained, with the sessions themselves being a mix of cardio and endurance/strength training. Huge shootout to Gabby who's been an amazing coach who's very motivating.
