Great facility, trainers and very clean! The owners Joe and Kate are lovely and do a great job of running this studio! Highly recommend!

Does not pertain to the quality of the gym per se, but today a company car of theirs was driving dangerously, tailgating very close in a full blown snowstorm (the car was leaving Guelph westbound on the 401). In my experience, recklessness tends to be systemic, hence the review for the business itself. A bit of advice to the driver: if you're going to be that guy on the road, don't do it with a company car. Caveat Emptor.
Horrible attitude towards members of the public , very aggressive and lack of knowledge regarding ppls rights, staff needs training badly and it's embarrassing,
