Great staff and instructors, great workout, great atmosphere!
Best thing I did 1.5 years ago, it keeps me regulated , disciplined. This is the first thing I do in the morning and gives me direction for rest of the day. Needless to say it has positive effects on your body as well as your mind. Special mention for the staff and coaches at this location who makes you comfortable and wanna come back to them again everyday.
I can't say enough how much I'm loving OT Cambridge! To start off, Annette was absolutely lovely following up with my online inquiry - she, honestly, was the reason I gave it a chance in the first place. Her outreach call and warm demeanor pushed me off the fence to come in and give it a try. When I arrived, both her and Katie have been nothing but friendly, helpful and kind!
