I absolutely love this gym! I had never really worked out consistently before, but the coaches here are always checking my form, encouraging me, and making sure I’m doing things properly. Everyone in the classes is so supportive of each other too, which makes coming here genuinely enjoyable. I especially want to give a shoutout to Coach Renee — she’s amazing! She’s so energetic, friendly, and encouraging. She actually makes me want to keep showing up and stay consistent with my workouts. I’m so glad I found this place!

Having joined Orange Theory 9 months ago, I can say without a doubt I wish I had done it sooner. There are many reasons why I give a 5 star rating - the equipment is high quality, convenient location, impeccably clean and a fun motivating atmosphere. I never wanted to join a gym. My wife convinced me to join OTF. I have now been a member for nearly 10 years. Wonderful environment, everyone encourages each other, and all the staff are so friendly and caring.
I've been a member at OT for about 2 years. I belong to a number of gyms over my lifetime and this is the only fitness facility that I actually get good usage out of the membership. Classes are fun and the staff are great!
