I usually go to my home OTF in Delaware and love that I can drop into other locations when I travel to stay on track. Back home, the coaches push me, but they also respect my limits since I have knee issues and need to monitor my diabetes. I am absolutely loving Orange Theory Allentown! I love the classes, the instructors, management, front desk girls, and the community itself. It is a very motivating and welcoming atmosphere! I have told so many of friends about my experience and they have also joined The challenges are amazing and definitely push me to the next level in my fitness journey. I am looking forward to many more classes there, I am OBSESSED!
The quality of the workouts at this studio is unmatched. I’ve tried so many gyms and plans over the years, and nowhere delivers a better burn or a more effective workout. The space is clean, the coaches are candid and real (you’ll even see them working out there), and the staff is gracious. If you’re on the fence, do what I did—just try the free workout, see how you feel, and take everything at your own pace. Absolutely worth it.
OTF Allentown is honestly EXACTLY what I was looking for... after trying several different types of gyms, home workouts, etc., I was losing hope that I'd find something that I could stick with and enjoy. Started here at OTF last April and I'm already at 108 classes, which is crazy! OTF Allentown provides the best workout in the Lehigh Valley! They bring the energy, encouragement and enthusiasm. Give yourself an hour under the orange lights and you’ll be hooked! My favorite classes to take are with either Coach Jerri or Coach Brandi. They are amazing at guiding you through the moves on the floor, the tempo on the rower and the speed/incline on tread.
