OTF is such a great studio! It provides everything you need for a great workout and sets you up for success: the playlist is set, the coaches guide you through the workout, your heart rate monitor helps you to know how much to push so the workout is individualized to you. This is the best location in Utah. The staff is friendly and helpful. The WOMEN who work there are always kind and remember my name. It’s always crowded, but the only thing that means is that for about 15-20 minutes before class they aren’t able to answer the phones, but as a regular I understand that. I wish they didn’t have some of the rules they have (charging for late cancels and not letting you into class after 5 minutes past the start time) but I totally understand them. 12/24/24-Do NOT go to this specific location. I used to work for other OTF locations in Salt Lake County. They are franchise owned and this location is just ridiculous about their “rules”. I love the company and workout so much that I’ve chosen to be a member on & off throughout the years even though I no longer work the front desk. I know exactly how the rules work.
