I love my East Studio!! I've been to multiple OTF studios in the Nashville area and also out of state as a visitor. When I'm here I know I'm going to have a great workout with awesome music and coaches who make sure i'm "doing it right" and also encourage me to keep up the work and not give up! Justen and Austen are AWESOME! If you're looking for a structured, well rounded, FUN workout I highly recommend the East Nash OTF. This studio SUCKS!!! I've been an OTF member for two years and I'm cancelling my membership simply because I have had such a bad experience that I refuse to set foot in the door another time. I won't beat around the bush--the dealbreaker for me is how strict they are about their late policy which reflects absurdly poor customer service. Across OTF, there is a 5 minute late period, which I am obviously aware of and understand. I love OTF East so much! Been going for years since the first week they opened. The staff is so kind, positive and knowledgeable. The people who go to OTF come in all shapes and sizes and it always feels like everyone is welcome and in a place free of judgement. Everyone is always really friendly and learns your name quickly. It’s like a little family! Definitely recommend OTF and this location specifically.
