Love this gym! The staff is pleasant. I love the variety of workout! The coaches are motivational.
Joined OTF for 2.5 years now, best decision I could have made. Such a great way to start the day. Coaches are great at explaining the workouts and making sure our form is correct. The front staff is always welcoming!! Love that my husband joined me, daily morning dates are the best!! Thanks OTF Lake Charles!! 🧡🧡
Most efficient and effective workouts, cleanest gym, and the absolute best coaches and studio staff. The environment is so energizing and welcoming, and I cannot recommend this gym enough. I am truly amazed by how much my physical fitness has been transformed in a relatively short amount of time. If you're thinking about trying a workout, JUST DO IT! You won't regret it!
