I've taken several classes with Steph, and she consistently brings great energy, encouragement, and expertise to every workout!! She does an amazing job of motivating everyone in the room while still making each person feel supported. Her coaching is clear, she pays attention to form, and she knows exactly when to push you to challenge yourself. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and more motivated. If you're looking for a coach who makes workouts both fun and effective, I highly recommend taking a class with Steph!!
