The staff and coaches were nice and friendly and encouraging enough. But the intake process is not thorough or in-depth or informative at all. The space to workout in is completely laughable. You are always literally two inches away from hitting the person next to you. Each spot is less space than what people in prison get to workout in lol. If you can’t spread out into a snow angel without hitting both neighbors, there is no way a $170 monthly membership is worth it. Seriously you are basically figure skating with strangers... read more
The workouts are what matter. I won’t be attending the herriman location again. I have stood in the lobby before and after workouts and Coach Cass is not professional. Being in earshot to hear how she talks of other members, other coaches, other locations which is belittling so that Herriman shows better doesn’t align with how I view the brand of Orange Theory.
The staff and coaches are friendly and well versed in their craft. I enjoy the atmosphere. They have theme days and do charity donations occasionally which I appreciate. Bathrooms and shower rooms are huge and always well cared for. Equipment is well maintained in the workout space.
