The staff and coaches were nice and friendly and encouraging enough. But the intake process is not thorough or in-depth or informative at all. The space to workout in is completely laughable. You are always literally two inches away from hitting the person next to you. Each spot is less space than what people in prison get to workout in lol. The workouts are what matter. I won’t be attending the herriman location again. I have stood in the lobby before and after workouts and Coach Cass is not professional. Being in earshot to hear how she talks of other members, other coaches, other locations which is belittling so that Herriman shows better doesn’t align with how I view the brand of Orange Theory.
The staff and coaches are friendly and well versed in their craft. I enjoy the atmosphere. They have theme days and do charity donations occasionally which I appreciate. Bathrooms and shower rooms are huge and always well cared for. Equipment is well maintained in the workout space.
I started Orange Theory in July and fell in love with the classes and the energy. I stared going to 3 different locations each spot 2 days a week. Every location has coach’s (and members) that motivate you differently. This location is something special. I love all of the locations because I’m obsessed with Orange Theory (obviously I go 6 days a week). Coaches are high energy it’s always a blast to come workout every morning! The music is great and keeps me motivated!
