I have been going to orange theory for a couple years now. It is such a fun and great total body workout. The coaches and the community are amazing!!
I love this location of OrangeTheory. The coaches are so kind, the air is cold, the studio is clean. It is easy to get into a class and I also feel better when I leave.
I've been going to Orangetheory for over 7 years and it still feels like one of the best fitness decisions I've made. The coaches are excellent-they push you without being overbearing, remember your name, and and actually coach form instead of just yelling "go harder." Every class has energy, but it's never chaotic. I am completely obsessed with OTF! The trainers are the BEST and have become dear friends! I have lost 90 lbs incorporating OTF into my health journey! I have learned how to burn more fat, build muscle and I honesty look forward to hitting the gym each day! The community here is TOP TIER! Love my Orangetheory workouts and the community there!! Always leave feeling like I got the best workout in!! The people there are the best!! OTF Herriman best studio around. All coaches are so well educated and help you through any injuries!!
