Tried out this place when I was in town visiting and I’m so glad I did! Everyone was amazing and welcoming and spent time explaining everything, even though I was upfront about the fact that I wouldn’t be able to get a membership. Love the heart rate focused training which means you can go at your own pace with no pressure. The class I did was both treadmill (walk or run) and weights, I got in a great workout and it went by so fast!
Really glad I made the decision to join Orange Theory this year. One of the best health decisions for an active lifestyle.
Love love LOVE Orangetheory and this location! The workouts, the coaches, the girls up front are all 10/10. Definitely recommend OTF to all my family and friends.
