Front desk check in guy is a jerk. I was waiting listed and came to ask him if I will get in, he just brushed me off and shrugged and said, I don’t know. Wont come to this studio again. Plenty of other choices in the area
I have taken classes at many locations, when I travel, different studios in my hometown, and I have to say... The culture at this studio is the BEST especially the 5am class with Elissa! I felt seen, strong and had so much fun! I can't wait to get back into town. They deserve a raise!! They are world class.

I too had a great experience at Orangetheory; however, please be aware if you need to cancel you need to make a change you will have to make a full month final payment that comes with canceling your membership. I was suffering with an injury which makes it impossible to attend classes, I got a doctors notice but have been unable to cancel my membership without a final fee even though I can’t make it back into the studio.
