Unfortunately not a good experience. Was turned away by joanna at the front desk, arrived 1 Minute early for class and she said my Friend and I were too late to join. Borderline discriminatory and rude behavior. Never communicated early check in after booking the class the day before. She allowed 4 other people to enter class 5/6 minutes late. Got a refund and will Not be returning to or recommending this location.
I really like place but it's annoying that you CANNOT book classes via their website. They make you download an app to do it. So dumb.
I’ve been a guest in town for two months and have thoroughly enjoyed my time at this OrangeTheory! The staff are incredible, kind, and professional. They have been so welcoming to me since I have been in town. Keep up the great work! Stop by if you’re in town.
