the coaches are great, but one of the front desk employee brings in her dog. she doesn't let him go into the gym itself but the dog is walking all over the reception area. i told her i was very allergic and she didn't seem to care and kept bringing in her dog. i actually ended up quitting bc i once felt like i was having an allergic reaction during the workout (especially bc i had hives). i just didn't think i would have to deal with my dog allergy at a gym?! and again no one seemed to care. so careless. i could have probabl... read more
After struggling with cancer and spending the past year recovering, I was excited to finally get back to working full time and begin exercising again in a positive and supportive environment. Unfortunately, during my first trial session, the young man at the front desk came across as quite rude and lacking compassion. The policies also seemed very rigid and not particularly customer-friendly. I’m grateful I had this experience before officially committing to a membership.
