Coach Lana is outstanding! I live near kildeer but I prefer to go to Lake Zurich OTF because of Coach Lana. She has a great personality and can connect with anyone before, during and after class. She genuinely cares about people and wants the best for them. She will check in on you to make sure you're doing ok throughout the class. Her positive attitude and smile are an asset to OTF. Best gym experience there is. All staff is professional and extremely friendly. Endless amount of classes, machines and weights to use. Clean facility and it feels good to be there.
