OrangeTheory Silver Spring is amazing! I've been a member since 2022 and have really improved my strength and cardio fitness since I joined. The front desk staff and coaches are extremely helpful, kind, and motivating. Special shout-out to Coaches Roxanne, Courtney, and Jamel! They're great at helping you do the exercises correctly and pushing you to row harder and run faster. They also can offer alternatives if a specific exercise doesn't work for you. OTF Silver Spring is the best. The workouts are high-energy and always changing. They mix cardio, strength, and endurance in a way that’s challenging but not overwhelming, and I always leave feeling energized and happy. The coaches are fun, supportive, and really know what they’re doing. The front desk staff are helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. The studio is clean and has a positive vibe. I recommend it to anyone who wants an upbeat, motivating gym. Big thanks to the whole team for making it such a great place.
I just love it! Great instructors, awesome and supportive community. Everyone is friendly and kind. I've been going for about 2 months now and not planning on stopping anytime soon. They are conveniently located and their class schedule suits my lifestyle.
