I really like going to this Orangetheory because a majority of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are two exceptions. Kate is beyond friendly and accommodating- she’s incredible! I believe she’s the assistant manager at this location, but with the amount of knowledge she has, how personable and friendly she is, and attention to detail- she should fully be the main manager. I paid for an $18 trial class on 7/13/2023, and the front desk lady was friendly and informed me about a $50 off promotion for the Premier (unlimited) package. Although I had a referral from friends, they explained that it will not apply as it varies between studios due to franchising. I reached out via email and phone on July 30, but unfortunately, there was no response (attached screenshot). I’ve had such a great experience at Orangetheory! the staff is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely supportive. The front desk team is always friendly and organized, and the coaches are motivating while making sure everyone feels comfortable and confident. Their customer service goes above and beyond every visit feels personal. Highly recommend! Thanks Reid for all your help.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. Challenging but fun workout. Reed, whom runs this location, is very personable and also had great recommendations for food and drink for us newcomers. Booby was our trainer and was much helpful and attentive in addition to hosting a fun class!

I have never been a fan of group workouts but Orangetheory has been a game changer for me. I have been coming to this studio for last 5 months and it’s been great for both my physical and metal health. I absolutely love coach Bobby. He is the best ! Every class has a different routine , it’s fun, energetic, structured and the playlist is just
