While visiting SF from out of town, I stopped in for a 6 am workout with Josh. It was awesome- great music, instruction, vibes, and facility! Definitely recommend getting a workout in at this OTF if you’re visiting the area!
They moved from mission bay. Commuting now takes 30 mins. Was 10 mins late and they charged $16. Also wasn't allowed in.
Unpleasant experience for me and my wife I called exactly at 4:50pm to ask if there are 2 spots for any classes today Lady on the phone checked and said there are spots for 5:20pm class And mentioned to me that I will need a card since Apple Pay doesn’t work there I confirmed I will have a card and said that I will be there at 5:15pm Word to word exact talk on the phone above There was not a word on the call about using the card right at that moment to book it for us A well organized speech on the phone would be at least a m... read more
Good studio. Professional & friendly staff/trainers. There is always some type of promotion for both new joiners and current members as well as motivating events to help you meet your goals.
I really like going to this Orangetheory because a majority of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are two exceptions. Kate is beyond friendly and accommodating- she’s incredible! I believe she’s the assistant manager at this location, but with the amount of knowledge she has, how personable and friendly she is, and attention to detail- she should fully be the main manager.
