They moved from mission bay. Commuting now takes 30 mins. Was 10 mins late and they charged $16. Also wasn't allowed in.

Good studio. Professional & friendly staff/trainers. There is always some type of promotion for both new joiners and current members as well as motivating events to help you meet your goals.
I really like going to this Orangetheory because a majority of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are two exceptions. Kate is beyond friendly and accommodating- she’s incredible! I believe she’s the assistant manager at this location, but with the amount of knowledge she has, how personable and friendly she is, and attention to detail- she should fully be the main manager. I paid for an $18 trial class on 7/13/2023, and the front desk lady was friendly and informed me about a $50 off promotion for the Premier (unlimited) package. Although I had a referral from friends, they explained that it will not apply as it varies between studios due to franchising. I reached out via email and phone on July 30, but unfortunately, there was no response (attached screenshot).
