I’ve been coming to Orangetheory Detroit for about a month now, and I’ve had a great experience. The coaches are motivating, the staff is always welcoming, and the studio is clean and well organized. Every class has been challenging in the best way, and I’ve already noticed improvements in my fitness. It’s a great environment for all fitness levels, and I actually look forward to my workouts. Highly recommend!
This Orangetheory location is conveniently located for me, as it is close to both the city and where I study. I have found the classes and coaches here to be very helpful.
I just reached my 25 workouts milestone!! And I just would like to say that I am a lot stronger than I first started. It’s so easy to workout when all you gotta do is show up. The workout are structured in a manner that’s easy to follow and if you are struggling of course you have a coach to guide you, unless it’s open studio. Open studio is great if you like to get a workout in by yourself without a coach, however you’re still not without structure.
