I have been to five different Orange Theory Fitness studios, and I will not go back to this one. There are no directions given on where to park or how to enter the studio when it is your first time arriving. I arrived early and could find no directions for entering the studio, which resulted in my being 10 minutes late for the class, and the class removed from my app. Then I was still charged a late cancellation fee, even after I called and explained the situation. A+ coaches and staff. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and fun. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The studio and equipment are always clean. I love the variable and fast-paced workouts.
Great, friendly staff. I tried OTF of Royal Oak and did not like that at all. Detroit OTF has newer equipment, better staff and cleaner area.
