After several years and nearly 900 classes at Orangetheory, I submitted my cancellation request on 5/22/26. My next billing date is 6/21/26 — 31 days later. Despite giving more than 30 days notice, I was still told I’d be charged for another full month due to their interpretation of the cancellation policy. For a studio that talks so much about community and member appreciation, this honestly felt like a money grab on the way out the door. Great workouts and coaches, but a very disappointing customer experience at the end.

Stopped going for 3 months and they still won’t let me cancel. No one click cancellation. Even after requesting cancellation continued to be charged. There’s a constant trainer turnover. Advise against joining if you like consistency.

Been coming here for a couple years and it’s been great! I come here 2x a week for HIIT and do traditional weight lifting and play basketball at another gym. The staff is kind and very accommodating. Coaches Jillian, Danielle, James, Taylor, Jules and Casey are awesome and very motivating! Coaches Tiffany and Jeremy were great too but are longer here.
