Bon accueil et gym propre. J’ai pas trop connecté avec le style de coach. Sûrement un bon modele pour certaines personnes mais un peu compliquée de devoir planifier autant à l’avance. J’ai trouvé que l’équipe fait trop de suivis après la séance pour qu’on s’abonne.
Une super bonne gym; vraiment le meilleur entrainement d’une heure qu’on puisse faire! Les coachs sont excellents et donnent une attention personalisé. Je me sens toujours super en forme apres une seance
