I went in for a free session and was not happy with my experience. I think it’s really important in a gym environment to not display any forms of judgement. Especially from gym staff. Unfortunately the woman at the front desk spoke poorly of my posture and was staring at my body more than my face during our consultation. I felt incredibly uncomfortable. Such. Great. Staff. From the instructors to the front desk this place hires amazing people. Professional, friendly and on the ball. Classes are always challenging and a very efficient way to boost fitness levels and measure progress. Proud to be a member of OTF.
