I've been going to Orangetheory Pomo for the last three years, and it has been one of the best fitness communities I've ever been a part of. Where do I even begin? Orangetheory Port Moody has truly changed my life. A few years ago, running even 1 km felt like a huge challenge. Fast forward to today, and I've completed a Half Ironman.
