I joined a little over a year ago as a complete exercise newbie and was nervous to begin my journey. From my very first visit, the front staff greeted me with a smile and by name which made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They are amazing! The coaches are INCREDIBLE-which is honestly still an understatement! They are all so knowledgeable and ready to support/accommodate when needed. Orangetheory has truly changed my life! I’ve been going for close to a year now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience.
