Very aggressive sales are a turn off. I did not to opt into text messages and got a text immediately after making an account anyway. Then received a number of phone calls. They advertise spin classes but do not actually have them.
I love Orangetheory Lloyd Center. The coaches and staff are so friendly and helpful. Every workout is unique. I find that I push myself harder than any other workouts I've done in the past.
“Membership” with OTF must be taken with copious grains of salt. I’ve been a member for years, but have had at least 3 negative experiences with front office staff and at different locations. Front office staff have their hands tied by upper management so they’ll never be understanding about refunding you even if you’re in the right. Literally never. I like the noon class. I can count on a good workout and experienced coaches leading me through.
Clean changing/restroom area, clean facility space, a few machines out of service but in queue to be fixed. Great atmosphere. Competitive and team oriented.
