For $179/month definitely the worst customer service experience. I came early about 15 min but forgot my monitor I live across the street. I asked the front desk if I should get one she said I’m fine. Class starts and the trainer tells me that I need it. I come back and ask her to borrow one and she says it’s $10 feet. I asked her why then she wouldn’t tell me that prior? She said simply oh I didn’t know you want one. Very aggressive sales are a turn off. I did not to opt into text messages and got a text immediately after making an account anyway. Then received a number of phone calls. They advertise spin classes but do not actually have them.
