This is an amazing place for ladies to break free from our everyday struggles and focus entirely on ourselves. If you are bored with the "workouts" you get from home, you should get a workout with the head coach here, he is amazing and very very hands on . If you show interest in him he will make sure you get a good workout either in the gym or outside the gym. (If you know what I mean). Go get that workout you deserve. Enjoy
I've been going to this gym for the past 2 years and really enjoyed it but left last March because I wanted to focus more on lower impact work outs like Barre and Pilates. If you enjoy High Intensity, High Impact workout classes with trainers and a set gameplan for your work outs, then this is the gym for you. Staff is friendly and trainers are helpful. Great place if you love smelling people who admit they don't wash their workout clothes, don't wear deodorant and bathe in curry.
