As lover of all things OTF I have to say the new owners of this franchise are Top Notch, A+ customer service and the coaches really care about their members. With a fluctuating schedule I find it challenging to rebook all my classes, and on this extra chaotic morning I found my regular class already full, but thankfully the owner gracious gave up his slot so that I could get my 50min of self care. Thank you so much.
I joined orange theory 10 weeks ago before I joined there I hurt my knee. A tear, cyst and fluid. I had a PRP injections 2 weeks ago. My down time was 20 days I came back after 10 days because I missed my workout. I told Tanner and Camrie the coaches. I was guided with modified training but most of all with love, kindness. This is an amazing place for ladies to break free from our everyday struggles and focus entirely on ourselves. If you are bored with the "workouts" you get from home, you should get a workout with the head coach here, he is amazing and very very hands on . If you show interest in him he will make sure you get a good workout either in the gym or outside the gym. (If you know what I mean). Go get that workout you deserve. Enjoy
