I absolutely love Orangetheory bothell! The staff is great, friendly and amazing. The workouts are challenging, fun, and always leave me feeling stronger and more energized. I have very mixed feelings about OrangeTheory Fitness because the workout itself is phenomenal. Truly. I love the format, I love the formula, and nothing gets me back into shape as quickly and effectively as OTF does. The workouts are motivating, structured, and incredibly effective. The coaches are generally great, and Kevin in particular is outstanding — easily one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. I’ve been a loyal OrangeTheory member for almost two years now, and overall I genuinely love the studio. OTF helped me build a consistent and healthy fitness routine, and the coaches have been incredibly motivating and professional. Because I care about the experience so much, I did want to share one concern anonymously.
