Really fun environment and classes
Unprofessional
Workouts are great. Memberships are a total scam. They sell you that their national, however, they don’t tell you that they’re only based on if you buy the right tier of membership otherwise you don’t get into other clubs nationally without paying additional charges. As a traveling professional, this is extremely disappointing. And I will not be keeping my membership with Orangetheory
Terrible customer service. They mislead customers just to sell memberships. I was told I could sign up now, not wait until after my trip, and then freeze my membership while traveling. When I called to enroll and purchase the package they had been pushing and calling me about every day, I learned they would charge both me and my husband a fee to freeze.
