Terrible customer service. They mislead customers just to sell memberships. I was told I could sign up now, not wait until after my trip, and then freeze my membership while traveling. When I called to enroll and purchase the package they had been pushing and calling me about every day, I learned they would charge both me and my husband a fee to freeze. This is the best studio and the coaches are amazing. I can always count on a great work out here. I have been a member since 2018 and I am still enjoying the workouts. The studio does a lot of community building activities and takes the time to learn each members name.
There are so many reasons why Orange Theory is the best workout! The coaches are great, so many fun events and the workouts are awesome. I’m so grateful for OTF!
