This is about the 10:45am class at Elmhurst, IL on July 19, 2025. In the class, I was asked to leave my phone at the front desk which I understood and complied with. However after the class, the receptionist raised her voice at me in front of other members, insisting I sign a form mentioning cell phone use and cancellation charges in a way that felt very confrontational and embarrassing. Went to the class today for the first time, also my first time doing pilates and really enjoyed the instructors energy, the ambiance, and the service!! Definitely recommend this place :)
