Great coaches and staff. However, the owner of this franchise sells you on relationship and community yet has the most obviously turbulent relationship culture and provides zero transparency into changes in the gym. When I pay what I pay per month, I expect professional conduct out of ownership rather than an amateur feel to a nationally recognized brand.
