I have been going to OTF Lakeland since they opened. Best part is walking in for my 1 hour workout and not have to plan any of it. The coach leads you through the entire workout 🧡 I love this gym and coaching staff.

OTF lakeland is THE best! Fair warning though you will very likely become addicted. The coaches are top notch, the workout is dang hard (in a hurts so good kinda way 😏) and everyone is so friendly and kind. The gym is always clean, bathroom and showers are great! I love OTF Lakeland!
Been a member of Orangetheory for years and I'm still enjoying my workouts. In one hour you get a complete body work out. Every class is different and the Coaches are great! Love Orangetheory !!
