I do not recommend this place if you’re even slightly worried about their cancellation process or procedure. It is impossible to get any help from anyone over the phone.

I’ve been a long-term member at this Orangetheory location and unfortunately today’s experience really left a bad impression on me. I accidentally confused the class time and thought it started at 11:15 instead of 11:10. I completely understand policies regarding late arrivals, however the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. If you want to cancel your membership, let them know 30 days in advance and make sure you get the form, otherwise they will continue charging you. Other than that, the staff is friendly and polite, facilities are clean.
My journey started last March and to be honest I feel the best! The atmosphere is amazing and the coaching staff is very knowledgeable and high energetic.
