My journey started last March and to be honest I feel the best! The atmosphere is amazing and the coaching staff is very knowledgeable and high energetic.
I was never someone who enjoyed fitness—in fact, even walking up a flight of stairs would leave me winded. But OrangeTheory completely changed that for me. Came back to Orangetheory after a 5-year hiatus and couldn’t have picked a better place to jump back in than OTF Oak Park. The community here is so welcoming and supportive—it’s been awesome getting back into the groove. I really love seeing people of all ages and fitness levels in class.
