Jess and Nikki are the best!! I wish they did the 5am classes!!! … they have the best music and are motivational and supportive!
Can’t say enough about this place. I’ve been in the gym for a while before having my daughter and lost that motivation for almost 6 years. I came in with a friend and was absolutely taken back by how supportive this place is for people who aren’t exactly “in shape” anymore. I felt supported and seen. Everyone is so kind and I truly feel comfortable here. I plan on staying forever.
I love being a member of OTF. I started in Sept 21, 2016 and to this day I have transformed alot. I sleep better, have more energy, strength and endurance. The coaches are really AWESOME. Thanks coaches KEVIN, Nikki in Hamilton Mill( these are coaches I take classes). OTF offers different workouts each day and that's one thing I like.
