The staff and facilities are great but buyers beware of the predatory gym practices of charging your card even after you are medically incapable of continuing to workout at their facility. Even larger clubs like Equinox are more forgiving and understanding than this specific OTF club in Alpharetta. No wonder several class action lawsuits have been instigated against OTF in general.
*DO NOT VISIT* unlike what has been said above this is NOT a friendly, community centric establishment with friendly staff. After recently moving, having a newborn and a toddler while managing a full time job, I finally felt confident in starting to work out again. I went to visit OTF Alpharetta not knowing their “policies”. When I arrived, I was greeted by an unfriendly employee who said she gave up my spot because I was 5 minutes late.
