This is an amazing very diverse studio. Great coaches and staff, and friendly members!
Be careful with the membership terms at this studio. I signed up for a trial and was charged $179 despite not signing a contract. When I asked for a refund, I felt the manager, Danielle, was misleading and unwilling to work with me. The lack of clear communication and refusal to correct the charge was very frustrating. I would encourage others to read every policy carefully before joining.

The staff and facilities are great but buyers beware of the predatory gym practices of charging your card even after you are medically incapable of continuing to workout at their facility. Even larger clubs like Equinox are more forgiving and understanding than this specific OTF club in Alpharetta. No wonder several class action lawsuits have been instigated against OTF in general.
