Imagine arriving 5 mins past the grace period and being told you can’t enter class even when there are perfectly empty slots. Ridiculous. Fire the light skinned girl who worked the front desk on October 12th. There are a myriad of perfectly reasonable circumstances why someone could be 5 mins to 10 mins late for a 90 minute class. I’ve been an OTF member since 2015 and taken over 1000 classes. Never in my time has a studio ever had an issue with me coming in late with advance notice. I’m at appts regularly in Alpharetta ans I travel for work and take classes all over the nation. I had an appt today that runs until 12pm. I called to say I may be 15 min late. Absolutely love this place! It’s so much more than just a place to work out — it feels like a true community. From day one, I’ve felt supported by everyone, whether it’s the trainers encouraging me or fellow members cheering each other on. The environment is welcoming and uplifting, creating a space where I can truly focus on myself and my goals without any distractions. If you want a gym that offers more than just fitness, this is the place!
OTF Alpharetta is unlike any other Orangetheory. The coaches are amazing, the community is great and the front desk staff is next level! I promise you won’t be disappointed.
OTF Alphatown is the absolute best! Amazing energy and the coaches and front desk staff are always so welcoming!!
