I want to love this OTF location more (esp. since the coaches are all wonderful) but I'm frustrated that this studio pre-assigns their stations rather than assigning based on "first come, first serve." Last night, I was not permitted to chose a station I wanted even though a lot of the clients haven't entered the building yet. I have been to studios all over FL, GA and even in NYC. The Duluth studio has the best coaches, energy and classes to keep me going consistently 3-4 days/week. I’ve seen positive changes in all aspects of my life and am so grateful to this studio and its coaches for the motivation each class!
I can't rave enough about Orange Theory, specifically the duluth location. All the coaches are incredible and have made this exercising hating girl like working out. The other members are also great and add a sense of community to working out. The positive energy every time I go in is contagious and I feel so amazing after each workout. OT has made me stronger and more fit and I look forward to the "me time" I get with every workout. If you haven't joined yet, do it! You won't regret it and I'm certain you'll love it too!
