I had a great workout, I took a class with Amy and she had such fun and motivating energy! I feel great and will definitely be back! Thanks orange theory!
I recently took class at the 4th Street studio and loved every minute of it. All of the front desk staff are welcoming and energetic! Coach Courtney got us pumped up in the lobby and led us through class with positive energy, consistent encouragement and excellent demos on the weight floor. It's obvious she loves her job and the members. I always leave her class with a smile on my face!
4th Street is my home OTF location. I have been to OTF locations all over the country and can truly say this group is the best I have trained with. I also strongly disagree with a previous comment regarding coach Courtney. I think coach Courtney brings great energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge to each and every session.
I've had mixed experiences at the studio. Kristine, Heather, and Don are truly fantastic—welcoming, knowledgeable, and always bring great energy to their classes. Unfortunately, my experiences with Courtney have been consistently negative. I’ve found her attitude to be condescending and dismissive, which really affects the overall vibe of the studio.
