I originally joined Orange Theory Lake Oswego a little over a year ago, but ended up preferring the Tualatin location. The vibe at Tualatin is friendly, comfortable, and down to earth. To say my time at OT has been life changing would not be an overstatement... I'm a former runner whose fitness life completely stopped when I kids 8 years ago. Finally love to work out again!
What makes a great gym? Friendly and encouraging staff and coaches, challenging workouts and great music to pass the time… and these guys crush all those benchmarks! I have been to several OTF locations, and these guys go above and beyond! Coach Sara and Coach Everett have been amazing support getting me back to feeling more like myself
I have been a member of Orangetheory for quite a while, dropping in at many studios over the years, but in the last few years have found a really good community here at OTF Tualatin. The workouts are amazing, coaches are supportive, and the studio feels like a second home. Highly recommend trying it out, no matter what your fitness goals are. All you have to do is show up!
I have worked out my whole life, but always under some sort of direction. I tried to go to a "regular" gym with all my knowledge and just could never find the motivation to push myself. I just show up to OTF and it all falls in to place. The staff at the Tualatin location are amazing and friendly and they help motivate me to keep moving all the time!
