This is a fantastic gym. Great location, plenty of parking, awesome layout, wonderful staff, and high-energy and helpful trainers. I come here every Sunday.
I want people to know that I had a subarachnoid brain hemorrhage while on treadmill at their Bethesda center. I ended up with craniotomy. Please be aware that any strenuous exercise can increase intra cranial pressure & do more harm than help. I have no medical history of high blood pressure. I enjoyed OTF throughly for last 1 year. To be fair, I do not know if I could have avoided the bleed if I was not in OTF. It could have happened even at home! But, I quit OTF now to be safe than sorry.
