Love OTF West Cary! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. They make everyone feel welcome and the music is always on point. I’ve been to several Orangetheory locations and West Cary is by far one of the best!!
I read reviews whenever I either spend a lot of money or spend money long-term with a business. Hope this helps you understand what you are dealing with at OTF West Cary. (I should have listened to my instincts the first month I joined and left after I saw a roach that none of the staff would kill.) Katie, Bri, and all the awesome coaches make this location our favorite gym. They always have high energy, big smiles, and spend the time and energy to make us feel included and special. I appreciate all y’all do! I’m bringing everyone I can convince to come meet ya’ll! Double splats and more classes! :)
