The coaches are so friendly and encouraging, the workouts are effective, and the studio is always clean!!!
It works! This is the most consistent workout I have had in my life! The dynamic workouts and outstanding coaches have kept me coming back! On top of that, my class has become my friends in an encouraging fitness community! I highly recommend you come and try it yourself!
Orange Theory has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and well-being! The staff and coaches are so sweet, fun and just the BEST!! Will always recommend!
I love OTF. I am 30 classes in, and I look forward to going every day and sad when I “have” to take my 2 rest days a week. The coaches I have been to classes with- Missy (who is the head coach), Kathleen, Kathrine, Sean, and Heather are all very motivating and encouraging. They are eager to help you fix your form, make adjustments due to injury or issues, and improve your health. Anytime I’ve had a question (which is a lot), they are all more than happy to answer.
