The coaches are so friendly and encouraging, the workouts are effective, and the studio is always clean!!!
It works! This is the most consistent workout I have had in my life! The dynamic workouts and outstanding coaches have kept me coming back! On top of that, my class has become my friends in an encouraging fitness community! I highly recommend you come and try it yourself!

I love OTF. I am 30 classes in, and I look forward to going every day and sad when I “have” to take my 2 rest days a week. The coaches I have been to classes with- Missy (who is the head coach), Kathleen, Kathrine, Sean, and Heather are all very motivating and encouraging. I love working out at Orange Theory! The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and amazing people! The music and atmosphere is fun and makes my workout more enjoyable! Definitely give them a try! I can’t say enough good things about this place!
