If you're looking for a sign to sign up for Orange Theory, this is it! It's such a welcoming and helpful community to be a part of. I've been going here for nearly 7 years, and I still find the workouts so fun and rewarding.
I have never felt more uncomfortable and more unwelcome at a gym in my entire life. I highly recommend going to the Mission Valley location because the environment is night and day compared to Bankers Hill.
Choose any gym but this one. I started at the east village and loved it. But they permanently closed. The managers there are incompetent. Our choices were terminate the membership or transfer. I chose to terminate. Both east village managers were present when i submitted a verbal notice to terminate. I was informed they would take care of the rest.
