I have been an "OTer" from Palm Springs for approx 3 years, and am new to the 5th Street location. The staff and coaches (Quintan and Matt in particular) are Best In Class. They are not just well trained coaches; they talk to every single patron, both personally and professionally. They also treat clients as if you are working 1:1 with them, in terms of correcting and suggesting correct form. The front desk and the "CEO" of the joint, Conner, are all so welcoming and kind. I am super grateful to be part of the SD OT Team.
Surpassed 500 classes a few weeks ago, OTF has helped me stay active. The thing I love most is that throughout the US when ever I visit a city I can get a workout in at one of their locations.
Went to do an intro class but NEVER went in. Watched a middle aged woman through the glass try over and over to keep up with the rest of the aggressive group. I knew this was fast paced but not pass/fail SOLO as this poor lady was. She got crushed and left in the dust and had to go do something else because she couldn't keep up. ALL I SAW WAS SHAME IN HER EYES. Why is this so popular if it's SO solo sink or swim? I don't want "disconnected bootcamp". Visited this studio from out of town and had two great workouts. Quinton and Matt were very motivational. Front desk gal was welcoming and friendly!
I visited this studio from out of town and had the best time!! Quinton was a great coach and Connor at the front desk was super helpful and nice. Will definitely come back the next time I’m in town!
