I love OrangeTheory so much! Vivyan is so good at her job and keeps the experience wonderful. She is so accommodating and makes sure I feel satisfied and comfortable. She always puts a smile on every customer's face and always remembers everyone's name. She is so passionate about the job and really makes OrangeTheory such a wonderful environment.
I have been a member on and off for years, and often why I stay away, is because of their policies around membership and charges. I was recently on medical leave from OTF, but that ran out before I was ready to come back. They said they needed to charge me again since it had been past 60 days. I reached out the day the payment was due and asked to be reduced to the lowest tier as I would still not be able to use their services.
