Wonderful friendly coach and staff at the Academy Studio in Colo Springs. Have tried several other Studios and this one is special. Attended the 6.15 class, Connie was encouraging and attentive . The sound system was properly adjusted so I could actually hear the description of the movements, very rare in the OT world. Peyton welcomed me as a new member and went out of her way to invite me back. It is a 50 minute drive each way but I will be back.
