Personable and encouraging coaches, a front desk staff and manager that remember everyone by name, and fun, challenging, and customizable workouts. A great gym to join if you want ever changing workouts and a sense of community. Also love that they offer the tread 45 and strength 45 classes if you want to focus on either rather than do a full class that switches between all areas.

Great workout environment and a good community. The instructors are extremely helpful and encouraging. The workouts are challenging but you’re able to choose your intensity level so it’s never more than you can handle. Definitely recommend!
Wow! 🤩 simply so amazed by the methodology and organization. And the Coach Amber and Sarah at the reception they were both so kind and Great!!!! Highly recommend! What a great way to follow our heart rates while we are on the circuit it feels like private class in a group set up. Great community too! Also good spacious facility. :)
