When I first started coming to orange theory, I was very unmotivated to workout. After my first class, I really enjoyed how much the staff (Eli was the trainer that morning and Rob was at the desk) made me feel welcomed and valued. I have been going to this OT location for about 8 weeks, three times a week, and have tried several of each kind of class they do. The coaches are all extremely knowledgeable and are really helpful at working around old injuries I have. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging without being obnoxious. They do a really good job of meeting each person where they are and helping them get a solid workout that matches their needs!
