I like OrangeTheory and the trainers at this location, but I would discourage anyone from joining at this specific location or locations with the same management. The managers will try anything to get you to sign up, will refuse to answer questions and will go to great lengths to avoid having things in writing. For example, they did not honor their cancellation policy claiming I signed a waiver excluding me from the 30-day policy... then couldn't produce said signed waiver. Keep showing up. It’ll change your life 💪🏻 Avoid the 4.15pm and 5.30pm classes, way too packed to enjoy. 8.45am, 12pm and 3pm classes tend to be chill and after the rush. Arrive earlier than you think you should and you won’t have to arm wrestle a jock bro for a decent parking spot. I appreciate the stationary bike option here and the larger location with more space. Love this location! Perfect to get a workout in and grab coffee after. Coach Eli is an amazing coach. He definitely pushed us hard and encouraged us to be our best!
This place is snob, rich white people type of club play where you get looked at dirty if you aren't keeping up with the Joneses by wearing a $400 OT watch, wearing a specific fabric and outfit to class, and driving a Porsche to class. I was five minutes late due to an hour of traffic (I was staying the night with a friend in Austin and wanted to come to orange theory).
