RecommendedI've been to multiple OTFs around the country, and this one is my favorite. Yes, it's my home studio, but here's why: the coaches are professional, encouraging, but safe. THEY STILL OFFER FREE TOWELS! Very friendly, coaches always introduce new members.

Customer service is terrible. They just put you in a contract and even cancelling within 30 days don't mean anything to them. managers don't call back. I would never recommend anyone to this place. poor management

RecommendedI was greeted with a very warm welcome from the staff and then educated on what they do and how I can achieve my goals. My Coach (Kai) was great! She learned my name, was very attentive, motivating and made sure that I reached my splat points! I will definitely come back!
