RecommendedLove Orange Theory Ladue! Always a challenging and motivating workout. The facility is clean, the employees are friendly and understanding and I like that the coaches offer helpful tips on certain exercises.
Love this place! Amazing staff, awesome workout every time! All of the coaches are great and push you to do your best!
Even though my home gym is the Lake St Louis location I often workout in Ladue because it’s right next to my work. The coaches are great & are so helpful. I love being part this big old OTF family for over a year now.
RecommendedThe best full body workout! Take a class with Travis and you’ll be coming back for more. He’s AWESOME 💪🏼
RecommendedChanges your mindset and changes your life. Intense and satisfying workout, plus the instructors are awesome.
I am addicted! I love everything about Orangetheory Ladue! The facility is immaculately clean and the front desk managers are so helpful! The instructors are wonderful and encouraging!
RecommendedToday was my first day back in a few weeks because life got in the way. Lanae is my go-to. She’s motivating and encouraging - in a truly genuine way. It’s obvious she wants everyone to perform at their best. She and Kai (the last class I took) are my absolute favorites!!
Great workout ! My first was during Mayham week. Loved it. Travis is amazing and the staff is so welcoming. Great explanations of everything. I know that I’ll be back. You should join me.
