We lost our beautiful Dane the other week. OVH were not only just kind, understanding & compassionate with everything we had to come to terms with, They allowed us to make our own choices with her passing and they accommodated this without hesitation. The vet (I can’t remember her name) was amazing and allowed us as much time as we wanted with her. Very caring vet, both for our non human friends and the humans there as support
What a wonderful vet, we attended OVH this week after being with another local vet for over 25 years. Although the other vet was ok OVH have been exceptional in helping us with our highly anxious doggo. The vet Maya even came in on her day off to look him over and leading up to our appointment they remained in continuous contact wt. us. I stress at the thought of taking him to the vet and although the process was still somewhat stressful it was nowhere near as overwhelming as it has been in the past.
