Critical: Professionalism I am shocked at Emily's professionalism at her job. I was referred there by a pet store after purchasing a $3000 puppy. I had called earlier with my concerns Emily called back she had EVERYTHING completely wrong...I wondered if she bothered to read the chart! We love Orange Veterinary Hospital. Every single time we visit everyone is so kind and helpful . Our Sandy loves everyone there. They are always so nice. We know they want the best for out dog. They treat her like she was their own with unconditional love. Dr. D is always following up with phone call to be updated or answer our never ending question with patience. I Highly recommend this Hospital for every pet.
Today will be my second time bringing a pet into this veterinary clinic, my 4 year old pitbull has had bad ear infections from allergies for along time now, her old vet was doing much to fix it. So I decided to get a second opinion which to find out it wasn’t being treated properly now Luna is getting the proper treatment and came home in such a good mood from her ear cleaning today thank you so much orange veterinarian hospital!!
Professional, knowledgeable, caring and understanding. Never have I felt rushed asking multiple questions. The staff is personable and friendly. You feel the love they have for animals entering and leaving!
Excellent care and very caring of our 14 yr old cat. We also have 3 Papillons in their care and appreciate everything they do for our fur babies.
