The day of the appointment I got a reminder text which I loved.. was not sure how I would feel about not being able to go in with him but when we got there we called and they went over my concerns and came out and got Rocco .. our fur baby is only 8wks old . Dr Lee & Voll have been seeing several of my pets : 3 cats , 2 dogs , for 5 years. We have routine and 2 emergencies. It’s tougher to get on their schedules as the hospital gets more busy. Moving from another country to Placentia has been easier with vets that are factual and provide sound medical advice. They are friendly but I don’t need friendly. I need professional and the hospital workers are very good.
I have been there only once, but they seem to be some of the most caring people I have ever met, and have my support and business forever. my dog of 16 years had passed away and they have gone above and beyond, our other dog is excited to start visiting VCA
