1009 Grand Bahama Blvd.: we had a great stay . Not far from Disney World at all.. It was very clean, and it had all the necessities.. We loved the resort it had multiple pools, Jacuzzis restaurant restaurant a bar a playground. We had all the correct information sent to us and any time we had a question about anything it was answered immediately! Will definitely be back next year. It was a lot more family so we’re gonna need something bigger!!!

We had a wonderful experience with this company! Beautiful vacation rental in Florida, wonderful relaxing pool.. very clean and beautifully decorated, and in a very nice neighborhood. Lots of things to do in this area! Very close to Disney world, too!! I would 100% recommend renting here.

4783 Cumbrian Lake Drive: Upon arrival the pool was Scalding Hot! My son jumped in and nearly passed out, the heat had been on since the last traveler! The TV didn’t work, maintenance had to come and reboot it. The shower curtain fell down, The ceiling fans were black with dust, The pool did not cool until the 3rd day of our vacation. I would never stay in one of their rentals again, they are unethical and rude. The townhouse we stayed in in Kissimmee was horrible, the fridge broke half way through the stay we lost all of our food and they did not compensate us, the tubs were all clogged, it was dirty, there was broken beds that they tried to blame on us when we didn’t even use the room, there were bugs, there was old food on the sides of the beds, all the drains were clogged which shouldn’t happen where we were charged a $300 cleaning fee, I highly sugge... read more

I didn't have a great experience booking with this company. I booked through Airbnb a luxury home for a vacation in Florida. The day of my flight to Florida we found out that we had COVID. We reached out to the company through Airbnb and they refused to provide me with a refund. I understand that they have a very strict cancellation policy but COVID should be considered an extenuating circumstance. This company is unprofessional. I rented a home for 4 nights with Orange Vacation Home, we did not have any WiFi the movie room air conditioner did not work. Orange Vacation Home maintenance guy came out but was unable to fix the issues. We received a box fan on day 3 the company stated they are unable to give us any type of refund. We have been coming to Orlando for 9 years for our family vacation and this have been the worst experience. This was our first and last time booking with this company.
