A person in the location actually answers the phone when you call! I was shocked to get an immediate answer to my question about a DOT physical within 30 seconds when every other Urgent Care routed my call to New Delhi. Upon arriving I also found out that the DOT physical is 50% less than anywhere else until the end of October 2026, talk about a good turn of events!
