Apartment was filthy, had not had a proper clean in months. Mold in the bathroom, old beer bottle caps on the balcony, been there that long they were going rusty.

Fully paid for accomodation. They wanted a photo of my credit card before I arrived, when I'd paid. Not willing to compromise and wouldn't refund booking. I wouldn't risk it, seems like a scam to me. Edit: their reply makes it sound like they cancelled the booking. They did not. I did. After stating I was happy to provide the card in person the next day, however they would not let me stay the night nor refund that nights accomodation. Terrible customer service.

Very convenient, right on the river, nice and quiet. Has a pool, sauna and gym. Travel by tram for free around the city and Docklands.

Short 5 day stay. Stunning views of the river. Close to everything. Short walk to Docklands shopping or DFO Southbank. Tram stop right out the front. Easy and convenient to everything. Unit has everything you would need. Lovely apartment, will definitely return! Very welcoming on arrival, explained everything clearly. Thank you Orange Stay apartments.
