The motel's view was truly breathtaking, Unfortunately, our arrival was met with a wet bathroom floor, which we had to dry using our sole floor mat. The bed's firmness was a letdown. We also found the absence of a bathroom power point for hair styling to be inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of parking and the high cost of the nearby parking lot were notable drawbacks. Restaurants,casino, Ferris wheel, reef world aquarium and more within walking distance.

Expérience mitigée dans cet appart-hôtel. L’accueil pour récupérer les clés est assez étrange : il se trouve à environ 5 minutes à pied de l’immeuble et ressemble davantage à un débarras qu’à une vraie réception, ce qui n’est pas très rassurant à l’arrivée. Autre point à noter : une caution nous a été demandée à l’arrivée, alors que cela n’était pas clairement indiqué lors de la réservation, ce qui peut être surprenant. Would not recommend staying here, booked Agoda did not issue a refund, or a change of date or even a partial refund. They took the money & ran. So disappointed with this hotel. Most hotels offer some sort of negotiation. This hotel offered nothing! Not even a discount if we decide to stay again. Rediculous!!!!!! don’t bother. Do not give your money or business. Last year I had booked Orange Stay apartments for a work/leisure trip. Unfortunately my terminal mother went into hospital and I was told she would not be coming back out. When I called them obviously upset and distressed and told them that I couldn’t come because my mother was dying in the next day or two they couldn’t have cared less.
