My experience with Dr Fernando was terrible. He laughed at me during the consultation, didn't listen to me, and simply dismissed everything I said. Today, I have been diagnosed by other doctors with fibromyalgia, and this Dr Fernando prescribed me high blood pressure medication for insomnia and severe body pain! The reception staff were very helpful, but the doctor is useless!
Very unhelpful and rude over the phone. Waited over 2 months for them to get back to me after following up consistently.
On two different occasions with two different GPs I’ve left feeling frustrated and not heard in regards to my 18 month old boy. Don’t bother taking your children here, they dismiss and don’t listen. Reception staff are great.
Do not go here for skin checks ! I had a lesion on my nose. The Dr told me it was nothing to worry about and suggested an over-the-counter cream from the chemist. Following her direction, the lesion did not heal and so I sought a 2nd opinion. Thank god I did...the lesion was a BCC !....I needed a surgical procedure to remove it. This practice should NOT advocate their skin check services !
Extremely concerning & dangerous! Lodging a formal complaint to HCCC. I am absolutely appalled by the conduct of "Doctor" Fadi Qaqos. We saw him today regarding my 4-year-old daughter's scheduled vaccination. She has had all other vaccines but is overdue for whooping cough and Polio due to her being unwell.
