Extremely concerning & dangerous! Lodging a formal complaint to HCCC. I am absolutely appalled by the conduct of "Doctor" Fadi Qaqos. We saw him today regarding my 4-year-old daughter's scheduled vaccination. She has had all other vaccines but is overdue for whooping cough and Polio due to her being unwell. I had a really good experience with Dr. Dona.She treated my back pain with great care and expertise. She was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I’m really grateful for her help.
I had a disappointing experience at this GP practice.I requested a routine blood work for my yearly check-up, especially since I have a history of anemia. However, the doctor ( Dr Dona Tilani Anushka Perera) refused without even asking about my symptoms or medical history. A good doctor listens, assesses and provides proper care. She possesses none of these characteristics.Preventative care should be taken seriously, and dismissing a patient without proper consideration is unacceptable. Made the mistake of checking the reviews after my appointment rather than before. After reading the first few it’s clear that my experience was not isolated and that the overall rating of this establishment is misleading. I saw Dr Dona yesterday and although she wasn’t “rude” to me per se she was not helpful at all. Only question she asked me through the whole appointment was what was wrong. Horrible experience, booked a standard consultation to discuss 2 issues that were concerning me, only to be told after a brief examination of one issue (my heel) that I would have to come back for another consultation as I only booked a standard consultation which is 15min. I was in there for 6 minutes so asked that the remainder of my appointment could the Dr look at other concern (shoulder) She would not even consider looking into it as it was "a separate issue, which would need a 2nd appointment" and offered a pain relief... read more
