I was told today that we've lost Dr Donna, I didn't see her often but found her wonderful, what a pity we lose these great doctors, the staff are also great hopefully we don't lose any more

I called today to ask if my blood test results had arrived. The first receptionist was friendly and professional, and I appreciate her help. Unfortunately, my experience with the second receptionist was disappointing. Her tone felt rude and unnecessarily aggressive. A simple enquiry shouldn't leave a patient feeling uncomfortable. I understand reception staff can be busy, but a little patience and courtesy go a long way. I called today to check whether my blood test results had been received. The first receptionist I spoke to was courteous and helpful. However, the second receptionist's attitude was disappointing. She came across as impatient and rude, making a simple phone call feel unnecessarily unpleasant. I believe every patient deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, the second receptionist was rude, abrupt, and had a very commanding attitude. As a patient, I felt I was being spoken to disrespectfully, which really affected my day.
