if I could give this place 0 stars I would, I got to hotel lady(manager) was nice at first. I checked into the hotel to find that the room was run down drawers had cabinets missing bathroom and room walls were filthy, room smelled old like no one had cleaned in a very long time and the cherry on top was the roaches I would find around the bathroom, so I went to get a different room only to find that it was pretty much exactly the same as the first one except for the added cigarette smell. This hotel staff is great. The lady there has always been so nice and considerate. She’s genuine and sweet. Only issue I had was that the other guest have an input and opinions on your stay. Other than that experience was and always have been great.
Staff was very nice, but the room was filthy. Now I understand that housekeepers are human too and sometimes miss things, but this was a completely different situation. Dirt and stains on virtually every wall had clearly been building up for months. High surfaces had a thick layer of dust. Crevices at the base of the walls and floors clearly hadn't been vacuumed in awhile, and I found a dirty fork and a used box of condoms from a previous guest. At least the linens were clean.
