I’ve been going to Orange Shoe for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. All the trainers are amazing and will work with you wherever you’re at. They’ve supported me through injuries, while I was healthy and now 7 months into my first pregnancy. I’ve felt super confident throughout my pregnancy while still being challenged and really appreciate all their knowledge and guidance (specifically Oliver)! I’m grateful to have found them and would recommend them to anyone!
Great trainers and a fantastic gym culture that supports whatever fitness journey you're on.
Now I am over a year into workouts at Orange Shoe twice a week. I continue to train twice a week all year long. The other athletes are fun, the classes are small, and the location is great. The trainers know their stuff, and can easily address individual needs in a small group or personal training session. The place is kept clean and the equipment is well maintained. Periodic competitions as a team or an individual for great prizes are an extra incentive.
I just celebrated my one year anniversary with Orange Shoe. I spent years swimming and working out in generic group classes. This program has been tailored to target my specific needs. My trainer notices everything and adjusts both my form and my workout to maximize the benefits to the needs of my particular body.
